Who to contact
ABS Care Ltd is the contact for enquiries about its care services and this website. Write to 54 Crane Avenue, Isleworth, TW7 7JW; email info@abscareltd.com; or call 020 3302 9855.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, at least one contact method (email or telephone), a general message and either a care option or enquiry category. You can also provide the postcode where care is needed.
Please keep your first enquiry general. Do not upload medical records or include detailed health information or sensitive details about somebody else. Ask the team how to share further information appropriately if it is needed to arrange care.
How your enquiry is sent
When direct sending is available, the website sends your chosen details to ABS Care by email. The form displays whether its mail service has accepted the message; this is not a confirmed care booking or a guarantee of when it will be read.
You can instead choose email or WhatsApp. Those options open a message in your chosen application for you to send. The respective provider handles that transmission under its own privacy information. The website does not send a WhatsApp message automatically.
Why the information is used
Your enquiry details are used to respond to your request, discuss the service you are interested in and communicate about possible care arrangements. The form asks for your agreement before you share those details. You can withdraw that agreement by contacting ABS Care; this does not affect processing that has already taken place.
General correspondence may also be handled where necessary to respond to a request or take steps towards a service arrangement. Any additional information required for care should be discussed with the team using the relevant care privacy information.
Hosting, email and cookies
Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering the website and email service. Direct form enquiries are not stored in a website enquiry database. The message is sent to ABS Care’s email system, where it can be received and managed by the team.
To reduce misuse, direct form sending uses a necessary session cookie, a security token and temporary rate-limit counters. The counters use a hashed network address and do not contain the enquiry message. Expired counters are removed during routine request processing. The session cookie is normally removed when the browser session ends.
The website design does not add advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. External map, regulator, council and social-media services are reached when you choose to follow their links.
Maps and directions
The homepage, contact and coverage pages include an interactive street map. Its map controls and coverage data are delivered by this website; street-map tiles are supplied by OpenStreetMap when the map loads as you reach it. Your browser connects to OpenStreetMap and shares technical information such as your network address and the website origin under its privacy policy (new tab). Shading is a geographic overview; care availability is confirmed by the team. Office directions links open Google Maps separately.
Background video
If a background video is provided, it is delivered from this website without a third-party video player. It plays without sound and has a play/pause control. Automatic playback is avoided when reduced motion or a data-saving preference is detected. The photograph remains available when a video cannot play.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and any relevant service, legal or record-keeping requirements. Contact ABS Care for details of the retention arrangements that apply to your enquiry or care records. The website’s temporary security counters are separate from email correspondence.
Your information rights
You can contact ABS Care to ask about access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, restriction or other applicable data-protection rights. The rights that apply can depend on the circumstances and why the information is being processed.
If you are concerned about how your information is handled, you can contact ABS Care and the Information Commissioner’s Office. Read the ICO’s information for the public (new tab).
Applying for a job
The separate recruitment privacy notice explains the information used when you apply to work with ABS Care. It is not a general care-service privacy notice.
