Home care questions.
Clear answers.
Answers to common questions about care and taking the next step.
What types of care can I ask about?
You can enquire about elderly care, live-in care, companionship, dementia support, personal care, respite and practical help at home. The full service directory includes all 20 care options. The team will confirm suitability and availability for your needs.
Where does ABS Care work?
ABS Care is based in Isleworth and describes its service area as West London and Surrey, with care workers across London. Contact the team with your postcode to confirm availability at your address.
How do I arrange care?
Start with an enquiry or a conversation. Discuss your needs, preferred routines, location and the level of support you have in mind. The team can then explain assessment, availability, costs and next steps before any care is agreed.
Is the first consultation free?
ABS Care offers a free consultation. Use the enquiry form, call the office or send a WhatsApp message to get started.
Do you publish a fixed price?
A care quotation depends on your circumstances and the arrangement required. Ask for the price, what is included, any additional charges and the applicable terms before agreeing to care.
Can couples receive live-in care together?
Live-in care for couples can help people remain together in their own home. Discuss the support required for each person and request a current quotation.
Can you help after a hospital stay?
Hospital Discharge is one of the listed care enquiry options. Tell the team what support is needed and ask about suitability, availability and the arrangements required before discharge.
Can I choose the timing and length of visits?
Tell the team about your preferences and daily routines. They will confirm available visit arrangements and minimum durations. An enquiry does not reserve a visit or confirm a booking.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
The team will receive the contact details and general message you choose to send. They can then discuss the care you are looking for. If your request is time-sensitive, telephone the team rather than relying on the website form.
What if I need help outside office hours?
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm. On-call support is available on 07861 734494 from 5.30pm–9am on weekdays and 24 hours at weekends. Call 999 directly if there is immediate danger or a medical emergency.
How do I apply for a care role?
Email your CV to info@abscareltd.com or call the recruitment contact, 07737 144216. Read the recruitment page and privacy notice before applying.
How do I raise a concern?
Contact ABS Care and ask to speak to the Registered Manager or request the complaints procedure. The feedback and complaints page also links to independent guidance. For someone at risk of abuse or neglect, use the safeguarding contact routes.
